I am a part of backpacker group and we would like to know about a cheap yet centrally loacted hotel or a hostel in London.

I am not sure where you can find the best low budget hotel but maybe you can check this website out: http://www.airways-hotel.com/ it has a lot of options. Good luck and have fun!
